All deposits to a b222 account must be made using a payment method registered in the Player's own name. 9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b222 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings:

10.1 b222 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where b222 reasonably determines that the Player has breached these Terms and Conditions, is engaged in prohibited activities, or poses a financial or reputational risk to b222.
10.2 Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms and Conditions, b222 reserves the right to forfeit the entire wallet balance and any pending winnings. This right applies in particular to cases of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and fraudulent payment activity.
10.3 A Player may request the voluntary closure of their b222 account at any time by contacting b222 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified wallet balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method within the standard processing time for that method.
10.4 Where an account is closed due to a Player's successful self-exclusion request, the provisions of Section 11 (Responsible Gaming) shall apply in relation to the handling of the wallet balance and any re-application to open a new account.

12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the b222 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 14.2 By registering a b222 account, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the processing of KYC documentation, transaction records, and gaming activity data.
